Before & After...

A major aspect of calibration is ensuring consistency and longevity in the operation of your gauge. That is why after we complete the "As-Received" test, we then open your gauge and remove the build-up of minerals and deposits that can shorten the lifespan of your equipment. Once the interior of your gauge has been cleaned, we then check and lubricate the seals and o-rings to ensure there is a proper seal. We replace your old rusted bolts, nuts, and washers with stainless steel hardware. We also replace the brass sintered filters in your hoses and replace the bleed-off tubing at no additional cost. Below are a few examples of our work.
